Tulsa, Oklahoma is historic for once having a thriving and powerful community that was ripped out of existence and never given back.

The purpose of this project is to directly address the Tulsa Race Massacre, attempt to restore culture and life to the city, allow enough space to encourage civic engagement amongst a large urban landscape, create opportunities for economic development by means of repurposed civic programs, Trusts, and altruistic financial entities and to propose new opportunities for Black and Native people of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
